What this site collects, what it deliberately does not, and how to reach us about it.

The short version
Football Schedules Hub is a reference site you can read without identifying yourself. There are no accounts or newsletter. We use Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and we do not sell data to anyone.
We do use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. That sets cookies and collects usage data, and the section below sets out exactly what it covers and how to opt out.
The sections below set out the detail, including the limited technical data that any website necessarily processes in order to serve pages.
Information we collect
We do not ask you for personal information. The site has no registration, no login, no comment system, and no forms that collect personal data.
Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that processes technical information as part of serving a request — typically your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and details your browser sends such as its user agent. This is standard server operation and is used for delivering the site, diagnosing faults, and protecting against abuse.
If the site encounters an error in your browser, technical details about that error may be transmitted to our development platform so the fault can be diagnosed and fixed. This covers information such as the error message and where in the code it occurred, not your identity or your browsing history.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and how people move through the site. It sets first-party cookies in your browser and reports information such as the pages you view, roughly how long you spend, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and general device and browser type.
This is aggregate audience measurement, not surveillance of individuals. We do not use it to identify you, we do not send it personal details, and we do not use Google Signals, advertising features, or remarketing audiences. Google processes the data as our provider and applies its own retention limits.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, use the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use any standard tracker-blocking extension. Everything on the site works normally either way — nothing is gated behind analytics.
Advertising
We load Google AdSense when an eligible configured ad unit is requested. Google and third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve and measure ads. These services may use information about visits to this and other websites to personalize advertising, subject to the applicable consent and advertising settings.
You can manage personalized advertising at https://myadcenter.google.com/ and read how Google uses information from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Browser settings and content blockers can also limit these services.
If you contact us
When you send us a message, we receive whatever you put in it, including your email address. We use that solely to respond to you and to act on what you raised, such as correcting a factual error on the site.
Correspondence is not added to any marketing list, because we do not operate one. We keep messages only as long as they are useful for handling the matter and any follow-up.
Third parties
The site relies on service providers to function: a hosting and delivery provider, a development platform used for error diagnosis, Google Analytics for audience measurement, and Google AdSense for advertising. These providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver and improve the site.
Pages may link to external websites, such as official program or conference sites. Once you follow a link away from here, this policy no longer applies and the destination site's own terms and privacy practices govern what happens.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data relating to you — commonly the right to request access to it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the UK and EU have these rights under the GDPR, and residents of some US states have comparable rights under their own laws.
Because we hold so little, most requests are quick to resolve. No public contact email is currently configured. The contact page shows the current availability of a contact address. Please say clearly that you are making a privacy request so it reaches the right place.
Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle, and the most effective one is structural: we do not collect data we do not need, so there is very little to expose. Technical logs are retained only as long as they are useful for operating and securing the site.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the last updated date above will reflect that. Where a change is significant we will make it clear rather than quietly revising the text.
Google Analytics uses cookies for audience measurement. We also load Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center.
Do you sell or share personal data?
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Google Analytics and Google AdSense receive technical and usage information when their services run on this site, as described below.
Do I need an account to use the site?
No. There are no user accounts, logins, or profiles. Everything on the site is readable without identifying yourself in any way.
What happens to an email I send you?
It is used to answer your message and nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
Is this site intended for children?
It is a general-audience sports reference and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
